Governor's Council

Take It To The Polls

unRevealed is striving to progressively turn over control of much of unRevealed's platform direction to its community. To achieve this, we've created the unRevealed Governor's Council.

The Council consists of numerous RVLD and UNRV holders that can vote directly in unRevealed Governor Polls. These polls will dictate much of unRevealed's future - so active involvement is encouraged and incentivized.

The Governor's Council is organized with a DAO structure to utilize liquid democratic leadership. Direct democracy and representative democracy both have flaws that can be mitigated by the DAO concept - and the Governor's Council will excel on that platform.

Participation

There are three ways for the unRevealed community to participate in the Governor's Council.

• Holding a Founder RVLD

• Holding a Governor RVLD

• Holding UNRV > 50,000

The Governor's Council will be available via unrevealed.app.

Open Proposal Period

Each quarter, members of the Governor's Council will be able to submit proposals for voting on by the entire Governor's Council. Community members are encouraged to submit proposals for all aspects of the unRevealed ecosystem to further improve and progress the entire platform.

Open Proposal Periods are the months of March, June, September, and December.

Proposal Review Period

The two weeks following an Open Proposal Period will be the Proposal Review Period. This will give the community time to review submitted proposals and arrange for voting.

Voting Period

Voting periods immediately follow the Proposal Review Period and allow the Governor's Council to vote directly or by proxy on community proposals. The Voting Period lasts for one week.

Results

After the Voting Period has expired, within a week votes are tallied and the results are submitted back to the Governor's Council. Accepted proposals are to be acted on and see further action within the Governor's Council. Declined proposals will be discarded until brought back up in another proposal.
